		<description>boleh, training boleh dibuat secara sendirian atau kumpulan. Kalau petang-petang di kawasan reakrasi, anda pasti tidak bersendirian kerana sememangnya ramai yang buat larian / jogging di sana.</description>

Aku tak pernah lari lagi di tasik permaisuri. Tapi setakat yg aku search; terjumpa---&gt; &lt;em&gt;Taman Tasik Permaisuri is the biggest park located in the southern area of the city, nestled between the concrete jungle of Kuala Lumpur City Centre and the many highways that serve this area. The park boasts a synthetic jogging track, topiary gardens, floral arch trellises, and gazebos and has a variety of jogging routes. &lt;strong&gt;The three main ones are 1.3km, 1.8km and 4.7km&lt;/strong&gt;. The undulated terrain on this former mining pool area makes for a more challenging run.&lt;/em&gt;

		<description>terima kasih kerana sudi ikuti cerita running saya. Sbnrnya saya pun baru involve dalam running nie bulan Jun 2009 (blm setahun lg pun). Sama kes, xde kawan2 running tp just cari info di internet, baca blog running org lain, tgk tips2 / video running di Youtube, etc. Kasut pun ada sepasang time tu (Mizuno). First running sy adalah KL Standard Chartered 10K. Ada folow jadual jugak utk 10K, tapi tak 100% folow..ikut kemampuan je. Jadual tu hanya sbgai guide. Alhamdulillah, berjaya habiskan larian tersebut.

Saya rasa, kalau betul2 berazam untuk running, &lt;strong&gt;cubalah masuk 5K bidor&lt;/strong&gt; w/pun tak cukup 7 minggu jadual. Selain dari fizikal, &lt;strong&gt;mental jg memainkan peranan penting&lt;/strong&gt; (even setiap kali training, mental kena kuat tahan penat).

bagus, boleh dapat pengalaman kalau jadi volunteer di sana, w/pun sy tak pernah jd pun (tak rajin sgt).
